What to you is considered to be living a balanced life?
To me… It is finding time to experience everything to help me feel whole. For example I jog, bike, swim, meditate (5 min.’s daily), stretch (10 min.’s daily), pray to my Deity… daily, eat a well rounded diet – low in sodium, low in sugar, and low in packaged foods. In a nutshell, a little of everything creates my whole person.
